Over the years I have tried many diets to lose weight but nothing really worked until I came across this grape diet.
Honestly, I was somewhat skeptical at the beginning but I wanted to try it anyway. Once I initiated, I followed the diet strictly and the results were tremendous, I was losing weight by hours. My weight use to fluctuate between 186 to 189 lbs. and now it is around 169 to 173 lbs. depending on how and what I eat.
I was able to achieve all this within about 20 days. After this I had to stop because of pressure from the family, though I could have lost more. They were becoming concerned about my loose-fitting clothes. I literally lost about 2-3 inches around the waist.
I have to tell you something else that really surprised me, and that is the surge of energy I was getting during the dieting.
Prior to this diet I had always been involved in tennis, swimming, yoga and other exercise at the gym. However, during the diet period I was at the gym just about every day and I set my personal record for swimming about a mile within reasonable time, which in the past I could not even fathom.
